The Training Manager is responsible for build organisational capability by ensuring that organisational learning and development activities support current and future business needs.Consult with Managers to determine training needs and schedule arrangements, training policies and procedures. Research, select and organize training courses; procure text books, manuals and other training materials and equipment .Develop a means of measuring the effectiveness of divisional training programs through testing, etc. Develop, writes and coordinate training manuals working with specialists for specific details
